Meet Tara

Our Founder

Tara graduated in 2015 with a degree in sociology and no real plan. She applied to graduate schools to study speech pathology when it suddenly became clear. "I don't want to do this". After consulting with loved ones, she came to the decision that what was best for her was to pursue a career in something that she loved.

She was influenced by diet culture at a young age. Little did she know the damage she was causing to her metabolism, hormones and overall health. Tack on over a decade of oral contraceptives to the equation and that was a recipe for disaster. She knew this was not a sustainable way to live. With her love for food and exercise, she began taking nutrition courses and almost immediately it clicked - NUTRITION is her passion.

Fast forward several years, she graduated with both her Bachelor and Master degrees in Nutrition. She then sat for the credentialing exam to become a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist.

Using a functional nutrition approach, Tara was able to optimize her hormones and gut health. Now feeling the best in her body that she ever has, she is passionate about helping you feel YOUR best. With almost a decade of experience, she helps women optimize their hormones, mineral and gut health.
